Who is Pure Choice

Pure Choice is an innovative and independent company which was created by Richard Bisgrove, a graduate engineer.

After becoming disenchanted with his original career path, (working as a Production Engineer in a large Electronics Company), Richard decided to strike out and do something a little different. Utilising his engineering skills he served an informal apprenticeship as a sub-contractor in the water treatment industry. After refining his skills and developing a broad product knowledge he decided to 'go it alone'.

Pure Choice was the result. It was formed in 1990 and became a limited company on 1st December 1999. The business has continually expanded and has a large portfolio of customers, both commercial and domestic, including those who have a private water supply - wells, bore holes, etc..

Tracey Bisgrove

What doesn't Tracey do? As well as being Richard's wife she is a director of Pure Choice Ltd. Tracey works from Head Office and is a multi tasking, key member of the team. She deals with telephone enquiries, orders, finance and payroll, together with a myriad of other things.

Sue Fuller

Sue is our Office Manager; she schedules all of our busy work diaries, receives telephone orders and is our appointments co-ordinator. She is always happy to help, whether you are an existing Pure Choice customer, or a prospective one. Even if you already have a unit she is happy to discuss future servicing and maintenance with you.

Michael Horsell

Michael started with us in 2006. He started to learn the business from the grass roots, delivering salt and replacement filters. Being very inquisitive he quickly became adept at fault finding and servicing customers equipment. His professional caring approach to life and his work frequently exceeds our customer expectations. Michael’s huge knowledge of the industry allows him to survey and discuss with you all aspects of the equipment that we provide.

Mark Doughty and Ashley Lester

Adrian Davis

Adrian is a trusted installer who will come out to fit your system on our behalf. He is a seasoned craftsman with all round ability. Most units he installs are completed on the same day, and our customers consistently report that he is, courteous, professional and always leaves the property clean and tidy after his work is done.

Andrew Bisgrove

Andrew is son of Tracey and Richard.  He is a fully qualified NICEIC Registered Electrician with part P qualification.
