The Project Overview
Nestled deep in the picturesque Chepstow countryside, a stunning country estate and boutique hotel recently changed hands. The new owners immediately embarked on an ambitious, top-to-bottom refurbishment of the entire property—spanning luxury guest bathrooms, private accommodations, and two separate kitchens (including a high-capacity commercial kitchen).
To safeguard this massive investment from the destructive effects of hard water, Pure Choice was brought in to assess and overhaul the property's water treatment infrastructure.
The Challenge
During our initial site survey, we evaluated the estate's aging water treatment setup. It was clear to both our team and the client that a complete system replacement was the only viable path forward. However, we faced two major hurdles:

A Razor-Thin Timeline: The renovation works were moving at lightning speed, and the venue’s wedding and guest diaries were already filling up fast. We had to work around a hard deadline.
