I wanted to share a photo from a recent water treatment system installation we completed in the lovely city of Bath.

Earlier this year, our senior engineer Michael met with the homeowners who were planning a significant refurbishment of their property. A key part of their project was to integrate a water treatment system within their garage, for which the previous owner had already put in place some preparatory pipework.

Following this initial meeting, we conducted a second site survey, which was a bit unique! We arranged for a groundworks company to be present, and after a couple of hours of digging, all the existing pipework was uncovered. This allowed us to create a clear plan of action. Over the following weeks, the groundworks team completed their work and laid the necessary pipework leading into the garage.

Once that stage was complete, our team visited the site to connect to the main water supply and install the water treatment equipment.

Our installation included a 20" sediment filter, followed by the Hague Watermax signature series water softener. This system will not only soften the water but also effectively remove chlorine. As a final step before the water returns to the main house, it passes through an ultraviolet lamp for purification.

Looking ahead, once their new kitchen is finished, the customers are also planning to install a Quooker boiling water tap along with a Kinetico Bolt water purification system. This will provide them with an excellent tap providing beautifully filtered water.

We are very pleased with how the installation went, and the customers are eagerly anticipating the completion of the remaining work.
